CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and any deposits will be forfeited. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no-show, with the applicable no-show fee applied. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in future booking restrictions or refusal of service.
